Formax High Security Office Shredder FD 8400HS-1 provides Level 6 security and features commercial-grade components in a sleek and practical design. The convenient LED control panel allows for easy operation, putting the power in your hands.

The FD 8400HS-1 has a shredding capacity of 7 sheets at a speed of 23 feet per minute, producing a shred size of 1/32' x 3/16'.

The FD 8400HS-1 has been evaluated by the NSA and meets the requirements of NSA/CSS specification 02-01 for Level 6 high security cross cut shredders.

The FD 8400HS-1 shredder features the EvenFlow™ Automatic Oiling System, which regularly lubricates the cutting blades based on motor run time, ensuring top performance. Moreover, the new ECO mode optimizes energy usage by transitioning to standby mode after 5 minutes of no use.

    Formax agrees to repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or component covered by this warranty, provided there was no abuse and we first receive written notice of a defect within the applicable warranty period.  Wearable parts are not covered under warranty. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not include labor or the payment of any labor charges or incidental or consequential expenses.

    Warranty claims must be submitted with a replacement part order. All parts are shipped FOB Dover, NH.
