Return and Exchange Policy Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To start a return, contact us at support@garagegearco.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

At Garage Gear & Co., we act as a reseller and comply with the return policies set by each of our vendors.

Return conditions, including potential restocking fees and shipping costs, may vary depending on the brand. We encourage you to review the return policy for the specific item you are purchasing, as additional fees may apply.

Return and Exchange Instructions

To start a return, please use our Contact Form and provide the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Item Number of the product you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Resolution requested: Refund or Replacement

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Our support team will respond within one business day, providing further instructions.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom products
  • Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, check with your bank. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

If you have verified this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@garagegearco.com.

Order Cancellation and Modification Requests

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it. However, you may return the item for an exchange or refund after receiving it.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Some manufacturers may charge a restocking fee.
  • Regardless of the manufacturer, credit card users will incur a 3% transaction fee on refunds.
