How to Initiate a Exchange or Return

Once your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, included in your package, at no cost to you. All returns must be made by mail.
Refund Processing

- Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Processing
- For exchanges, once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped out to you.
