Fire Magic Aurora A430I 24-Inch Built-In Natural Gas Grill With Rotisserie And Analog Thermometer - A430I-8EAN

For over 75 years, Fire Magic has been dedicated to providing you with a luxurious outdoor cooking experience by handcrafting premium natural gas grills in the United States. The Aurora A430I built-in natural gas grill offers 432 square inches of premium cooking space in a stylish, long-lasting package. It has a seamless control panel with comfortable touch control knobs and LED backlighting, as well as 304 stainless steel construction for long-lasting quality.

The spring-assisted, double-walled hood opens 90 degrees for easier access and better exhaust. It has a built-in analog thermometer with an angled bezel for better visibility. Two cast stainless steel E-burners with 1/4-inch thick walls and precision porting provide a total of 50,000 BTUs on the inside of this grill. Where others might fail, dependable hot surface ignition always lights your burners.

As a backup, flash tubes are used. Flavor grids are placed above the burners to evenly distribute heat and protect them from debris and grease. The patented Diamond Sear cooking grids cover the cooking surface. These grids have a non-stick matte surface and a trapezoidal shape that efficiently transfers heat from the burner to the cooking grids' wide surface. When not in use, the warming rack above can be adjusted and moved out of the way. A 13,000 BTU stainless steel infrared backburner for the included heavy-duty rotisserie kit is located at the back of the grill. Two halogen lights illuminate the interior of the grill for nighttime grilling.

The use of a disposable drip tray system simplifies cleanup and reduces the risk of grease flare-ups. When placed in a countertop or island, solid, raised hangers line the sides and back of the grill for a seamless look. The ignition as well as the lighting functions require a 120 VAC power source. The Aurora series from Fire Magic is the perfect centerpiece for your luxury outdoor kitchen, with many of the same premium features as the Echelon series of grills.
