Built from 1.2mm 304 Stainless Steel, it promises exceptional durability.  The Dual 1000 CFM 4 speed fans offer more than a combined 16 adjustable airflow settings, providing precise control over your outdoor kitchen’s ventilation. Our advanced baffle filters enhance airflow and effectively capture particles, keeping your outdoor kitchen fresh and clean.

We use the most advanced CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software to improve everything from the shape of the Baffle Filters, and the Shape of the Grease Tray, to the shape and contours inside our Sealed Intake Area  to improve overall efficiency.   Simply put,  you will be able effectively Capture and Exhaust much more Smoke, at lower speeds with less noise, creating a more pleasant Outdoor Cooking Experience for you and your guests.
