RETURNS & AND EXCHANGES

• Standard 30-Day Return Policy
• Fill out the return request form to get an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
• RMA# must be issued within 30 days of the invoice date for refund or replacement.
• Proof of purchase is required for RMA# issuance.
• No refunds or replacements for misused, abused items, or items with modifications/tampering/unauthorized repairs.
• All returned packages will need an RMA# printed outside the box for faster processing.
• Most refunds are fully refunded in 5-7 days after we receive and process your returns.
• The refund amount will be for the single item purchased price minus the shipping and handling charges.
• Customer is responsible for shipping expenses incurred when returning a product for refund or exchange.

Freight Shipping Terms

1. Please allow 10-15 business days for the freight order to be delivered. The customer will be contacted by the independent freight carrier before delivery in order schedule a delivery time.
2. The customer must provide a valid phone number upon placing their order. This phone number will be used by the independent freight carrier to arrange the delivery.
3. Customers who cancel or refuse their freight order within 1-15 business days of placing the order must pay the return freight shipping cost. This excludes refusals due to damage during transit.
4. If the delivered item has been damaged in transit, the customer has within 5 days of receiving the item to report the damage in order to ship the item back with no additional charge.
